About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant for you will bring a strong focus on business development and play a pivotal role in expanding their client base and driving revenue growth.

 

·        Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Telecoms sector.

·        Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

·        Developing and implementing effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

·        Experience with the telecoms niche as well as understanding of candidates with Edge, GSM, UMTS, WCDMA, LTE, VoLTE, 5G, Network Rollouts, End To End, Distributed Mobile Broadband, MVNO, Hybrid Networks, Connectivity, Core Network, and Cloud RAN skills

·        Experience in recruiting for Vendors such as Huawei, Ericsson and Nokia in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Middle East, Romania and Bulgaria

·        Must be able to provide a track record of prior success i.e. billings etc

·        Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

·        Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.

·        Negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.

·        Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate placement processes.

Requirements

·        A minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience

·        Proven 360 experience in Telco recruitment with a focus on business development.

·        Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of exceeding targets.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

·        Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development.

·        Knowledge of the Telco industry and emerging technologies.

 

What’s on offer:

·        Salary ranges from £30-£35k + commission

·        Expected on-target earnings (OTE) are approximately £50,000-£60,000 annually. However, actual earnings will depend heavily on individual performance.

·        After the initial three months, a consultant is expected to consistently achieve 1-2 deals per month as a minimum, which is deemed easily achievable.

·        The top biller currently generates around £100,000 per month, highlighting the substantial commission potential for high achievers.

·        Hybrid working model 2 days at home, 3 in office

·        Work hours are 08h30-18h00 Monday to Thursday, 17h00 finish on Fridays
